I've been wanting to make a card with this layout when I saw this tutorial from Amy Rysavy of Prairie Paper & Ink for a while now (that's 5 months ago if you want to know). So, while going through my stamps last night, I thought this little fellah would be perfect for this layout.

Paper: Whisper White, Only Orange and Brilliant Blue card stock from Stampin' Up and DSP by American Crafts (not sure!)
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black, and SU re-inkers
Accessories: Stamping Dimensionals, Circle Colluzle Template and Orange self-adhesive rhinestone
