Baby, It's cold outside...

... Oh, how I wish it was! That's right, it's 105 degrees. Sweating 2 That was the temperature at 4:24 p.m. on my way home from work. (And, as of 9:06 p.m., the temperature is 92 degrees)

I was glad I didn't have my top off (I'm talking about the top of my jeep). Lol

Hope you all have a nice and cool evening!

Hey, Cupcake!

So here's the first card that I'll be sharing with you. This cupcake card was made for Maegan's 1st Birthday. (She is the daughter of a good friend of mine, Mark and Charisma).

Not a lot of stamping here, except for the background (Background Basics) and birthday sentiment (Hugs & Kisses) from Stampin' Up! I used cupcake liner and added dimension so the cupcake is popped-up, added crystal effects for the topping, and glitter hearts for some sprinkle. Finally, a birthday candle for Maegan turning 1! It seems like it was missing something so I added the cupcake liner as a background also.

Doesn't it look YUMMY?!?

Here's a picture of me and my family with another good friend May (she's carrying the birthday girl). Hope you have a beautiful day and grab a cupcake if you have the chance :)

Welcome!

I'm new at blogging! So bear with me!!

Just a little about me....
I'm 34 years old, with a 7 year old daughter and works full-time.

I've tried all the hobbies in the world, name it... I've done it. So, over 2 years ago when I saw a homemade card, I thought to myself I can do this, attended my first class and a few months after that, I became a Stampin' Up hobby demonstrator. A hobby demo, you may ask? It means I don't have the guts to stand in front of everyone and show anyone how I do it. So instead, I create cards for my friends and family.

I should add, love, love, love being a Stampin' Up hobby demonstrator. My pocket book doesn't love it but what the heck! =) I'll be sharing my work here so stop by once in awhile.

I'm at work right now (supposedly working)....ssshhhhh! Till then and I'll stop pretending to be working. See yah and Happy Hump Day!
