They're here...

My first set of Whimsy Animals are in the HOUSE!!! And let me tell you, you guys are going to love it. Whimsy Stamps are unmounted, deeply etched rubber and they come on EZ Mount cling cushion, these stamps can be used with an acrylic block. And one thing that I really like about this stamp is they are packaged on a laminated panel.

Meet Freddy the Frog, okay, they really don't have a name but if you know my daughter Toni, her animals/stuff toys needs to be named. She has tons on stuff animals and she named them all and the weird thing is she remembers them all, but asked her what they did at school 3 hours ago, she'll say "I don't remember!"

So, Freddy the Frog is the first lucky Whimsy Stamp to be inked. Really don't care about frogs but just look at him, isn't he just adorable? I used Taylor's sketch for this card and instead of a ribbon, I decided to use my Stampin' Up oval punch to create a lily pad and what's a lily pad without a flower with some bling...LOL!

Stamp: Frog from Whimsy Animals Collection by Whimsy Stamps

Paper: Whisper White, Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and Patterned Paper is from Stampin' Up Print Pack

Ink: Jet Black StazOn Ink and SU re-inkers

Accessories: Stampin' Up Oval Punch, Mini Prima Flower, Self-Adhesive Rhinestones, Cloud Template and Rub-ons

And, for my second card, Toni named him Dewey the Duck.

I used Beate's Weekend Sketch challenge for this card. Bird Call cuttlebug embossing folder was used for the panel on the left hand side. The sentiment is from PaperTrey Ink.

Stamp: Duck from Whimsy Animals Collection by Whimsy Stamps

Paper: Whisper White, Pumpkin Pie, Yoyo Yellow and Chocolate Chip card stock by Stampin' Up

Ink: Jet Black StazOn Ink and SU re-inkers

Accessories: Chocolate Chip gross grain ribbon, Cuttlebug, Bird Call embossing folder, Stampin' Up circle punch

And for my last card meet Tommy the Turtle.

I used the OCC sketch (Our Creative Corner). I totally forgot to add a sentiment but I didn't realize it until I uploaded the card, oh well! And, I really like the look of the cattails on Dewey the Duck so I thought it would be nice if Tommy has his cattails also, so I punched some using my horizontal slot punch on Chocolate Chip card stock.
