I did it! I did all 5 cards for Verve Holiday Release Sketch Challenge Blitz. Julee Tilman of Poetic Artistry will be picking a random winner from each daily challenge to win the set she previewed for the sketch and if you upload all 5 sketches by Saturday night, YOU can win the entire release...how cool is that?! So what are you waiting for, if you haven't started any sketches, you still have time to join in the fun :)
If you missed my previous cards for this challenge, you can either scroll down or click this for Sketch 1 and Sketch 2.
I used Fancy Florals for the first and third card. I stamped the biggest flower on this set on Very Vanilla card stock with Chocolate Chip classic ink and matted it with Baja Breeze and Chocolate Chip card stock. The middle flower was stamped on Very Vanilla card stock with Baja Breeze classic ink, cut-out and raised with stamping dimensional and adhered a self-adhesive rhinestones. I did exactly the same with the third card but instead I used the the medium size flower. The patterned paper is from Stampin' Up Designer Series Paper Au Chocolat (oh believe me, it's so hard for me to use this gorgeous paper...LOL!). The velvet ribbon is from Target that I bought years ago on their dollar bin.
For the second card, I used my Winter Wonder set, again from Verve Visual. I used the Dazzling Diamond Dust technique for this card. The snowflakes was stamped randomly on a glossy card stock with Bravo Burgundy classic ink and covered the entire piece with Versamark ink and pour Iridescent Ice embossing powder and heat the embossing powder with a heat gun until it get shiny. The patterned paper is from Stampin' Up Holiday Thyme.
Per Julee, you can call yourself Verve Sketch Goddess once you've done all 5 sketches. No!, don't worry I'm not going to ask you to call me Verve Sketch Goddess but I'll sure call myself that .... just for today! :)
Hope you have a great weekend!
