I was finally able to try this new technique that I came across a week ago from Splitcoaststamper. This technique is called Decorative Circle Medallion, you can view this tutorial by clicking here.
The sentiment is a clear sticker that I recently purchased at Jo-Ann Fabrics for .49 cents. This clear quote sticker is by Cloud 9 Design. The color combination is also from last weeks challenge at Splitcoaststamper. Kiwi Kiss, Pretty in Pink and Riding Hood Red. The beautiful red ribbon is part of the birthday gift that I received from Sankari.
Haven't tried this technique.. you just have too. :)
