Good Morning! Did you have a nice weekend? I sure did! We had a surprise party for my Mom's retirement and the surprise was she knew it all along! I guess one of her co-workers told her that she wouldn't be able to come... so, the surprise was on us.
Here are two cards that I CASE'd from Lauren Meader of My Time.... I just loved how she used her patterned paper as backgrounds. And, it's perfect that I have the same patterned paper.
The card base, polka dot satin ribbon and patterned paper are from PaperTrey Ink February Release and the main image is from Stampin' Up So Many Scallops stamp set. A quick card for people like me who doesn't have enough time to play with my stamps. Have a great day and watch for a blog candy tomorrow.
Stamps: So Many Scallops from Stampin' Up
Paper: Whisper White card stock from Stampin' Up, Aqua Mist, Spring Moss perfect match card stock and Everyday Blessing pattern paper from PaperTrey Ink
Ink: Aqua Mist and Spring Moss perfect match ink pad from PaperTrey Ink
Accessories: Aqua Mist and Spring Moss Swiss Dot Satin Ribbon, Scallop punch and corner rounder punch

So another papertrey fan. I love their stuff, but feel like the stamps are a little over priced. Did you see my "men of life" card? I was giggling all the time, while I was making that sentiment.
Very pretty cards Catherine. Love the simplicity of the design, but the papers add so much detail too. Great use for this SU set. Love those polka dot ribbons. :)
