I dare you to say that three times straight...LOL!

My sister asked me to make her a card for her friend, Leyla. (Belated Happy Birthday, Leyla!). And can you believe that she's never been inked before (I'm talking about my stamp not Leyla...LOL!).

My Bella's are really not happy with me lately and they were glad that my sister asked for a Bella card. They think I've been ignoring them but they just don't understand that I work full-time and by the time I get home from work, I still have to cook and help my daughter with her homework. If only we have more than 24 hours a day, I'll be playing with them more...LOL!

Cuppacakeabella was stamped on Whisper White card stock, colored with Prisma water color and layered with Green Galore card stock. I had these pink prima flowers and I thought that they are perfect for this card. The icing and the dots on her dress was covered with stickles.

I was'nt really happy with this card. I had a different version in my head and it didn't come out the way I wanted it to be. I was even debating if I should post it but then again, why not?!?

This sketch was taken from Jen of I {heart} 2 Stamp, which she posted a couple of weeks ago. It's been a while since the last time I played with these girls so just in time to take them out and ink them. I thought I have a Cuttlebug Music Folder and it would be perfect for the background but I have to settle for another CB folder. I saw these music notes brads from Michael's and thought if would be perfect for this Bella and for .99 cents for a pack of 20, I think it's a great deal!

Heart strings

Three more days until Valentine's Day and this is the only card I created for the occasion. But hopefully, I'll have some time tonight after work to create more stuff...we'll see.

When I saw the shimmery hearts pattern paper from Michaels, I knew right away that I want to pair it with this stamp hearty tree from Stamping Bella. I just didn't want to add some glitters on the hearts but wanted it to really pop-out so I added some crystal effects and added some dazzling diamonds. I got the sentiment from Michael's $ bin. I was not really happy with the lines I drew on all corners. I think it was too dark but too late to change it.

And here is… Super Bella! Sarah Moore from Stampstar posted on her blog a couple of weeks ago, the challenge is to create 52 cards a year. This sketch (see below) is actually her 4th sketch and I plan to go back on her previous sketches. The fun part is there are no RULES. Whatever pleases you... just my kind of RULE to motivate you to try something new each week and to encourage you to create.

So, here's my first card from one of her sketches. The layout is pretty simple, and the color combo will be the same as the panel on the left. This is why my Super Bella by Stamping Bella is wearing brown and teal. Her cape is covered with dazzling diamonds for some bling. I hope this won't be too heavy for her when she flies.

Happy Birthday, Luz!

I really need to find some time to stamp ... I'm so busy with work, our kitchen and bathroom being renovated (yes, it's finally done! "Doing the happy dance with a big grin on my face") and my daughter's homework. I have tons of birthdays, retirement, Christmas and get-well cards that I have do. Even with yesterday's holiday (Veteran's day) and my daughter's in school, I thought I would have lots of time to stamp and get started with my cards, but the construction guys did some last minute changes at the house and I was not able to do anything except for this card! (Well, at least I have 1 crossed off my list).


Another quick card for a friend of mine here at work. The card base is one of my favorite Stampin' Up colors which is Bashful Blue. I also used Very Vanilla and Green Galore. The patterned paper is a left-over from this frame, and as you can see, that the apron she's wearing is the same as the patterned paper. Both sentiment and image is from Stamping Bella, and the polka dots ribbon is from Michael's. Happy Birthday, Luz!

October Bella Babe Contest

So, what is Bella Babe Contest? It's a challenge for all Bellaholicsanonymous. This is a challenge that happens every first Friday of the month. The winner will be Bella Babe for the month! The rest will send their Bella Babe goodies (if they wish too) and/or RAK. Is that cool or what? The challenge for this month is to follow this sketch...

After winning last VSBD (Virtual Stamping Bella Daze).. here's my winning entry. And after getting this from Ms. Bella herself (thanks again, Em). I just have to play.

This is Walkabella, I had her on black dress with blue flowers, matching the base of the card stock and the flower brads on all four corners and of course her dogs ribbon. The flowers on her dress, the dogs ribbon and her dogie bag is covered with crystal stickles. I found the dog bone template on the net. And look at her dogie bag, fill with treats.

I know my sister would go. One word and she's there... SHOPPING!!!



Her pink top and pink sandals are drizzled with pink stickles for some sparkle and the boots that she's getting ready to buy is all shiny with Chrystal Effects.

This card was made a month ago when I joined a Bella Card Swap. I received the cards yesterday and they were great! This Bella, Imeldabella, that's her or should I say PennyBella (my sister) is getting ready for winter and shopping for boots, but 4 pairs?!? Isn't that a little too much? Oh yeah! not for my sister =). BTW... for the 4 pairs, she said she's getting ready for next winter also...
